The mortgage world has become more and more complicated in recent years, changes in regulation, changes to lenders policies, Covid-19, these have all impacted on our customer's mortgage options and it is our mission to stay ahead of the game to get you the right mortgage.
We are paid in 2 ways, firstly commission from the provider and secondly a broker fee agreed with you in advance. We believe our broker fees should be fair and we only charge for mortgage and equity release business, all protection business will come with no broker fee.
We charge based on the complexity of the case up to a maximum of £500 for a mortgage and £1,000 for equity release. This will always be agreed with you during the first meeting when we establish what your needs are.
This ensures we can commit the time needed to your individual requirements and give you the best possible chance of success.
